Factory capabilities and awards

The factory is segregated into Low, Medium, and High Care areas, and is equipped with modern facilities and equipment to allow raw food handling, for example:
- In-house laboratory
- Triple wash leaf salad line
- GMP Monitoring system
- Secure best practice segregation of nut ingredients and products
- In house mayonnaise and dressing production
Our Sourcing policy and practices drive our ingredient and product quality. We source direct from our growers, in Ireland wherever possible, and also from the UK, The Netherlands, and Spain. Our growers operate to challenging technical standards, certified under the GLOBALGAP (Good Agricultural Practice) scheme and NaturesChoice. There is complete temperature control and integrity in the supply chain from source.
As a result of the high standards and rigorous approach to quality, we have achieved many awards and accreditations, for example:
- Tesco “Blue” status- the first Irish factory to achieve this elite standing
- Campden accreditation for our laboratory
- BRC Accreditation
- Meat Export licence
- Founder Member, European Fresh Cut Processors Assoc
